The innovative dishes served here truly captured the essence of traditional French flavors.One evening, after a long day of wine tasting in the nearby vineyards, I decided to indulge in a hot meal ordered through room service. The convenience of savoring a delicious dish in the comfort of my room added a touch of luxury to my stay.The buffet breakfast, served on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, has significantly improved since my last visit. Although still basic, the selection was satisfactory and provided a solid start to my day of culinary exploration.In the evenings, I enjoyed unwinding with a drink in the charming bar area, reflecting on the day's gastronomic adventures. Mercure's proximity to Restaurant Pirates made it easy to venture out for a change of scenery, but the warm ambiance and culinary innovation at La Cuisine de Marie always beckoned me back.Mercure provided a delightful culinary experience, perfect for travelers seeking a taste of authentic French cuisine in a comfortable setting. I would highly recommend it to fellow food enthusiasts looking for a gastronomic escape.
